What is the CARES Act?

It’s the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, which was passed by Congress in 2020. The bill’s goal was to distribute economic aid to Americans who have been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Learn more here. As part of this initiative, Colorado State University Global has been approved to receive the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund Grant (HEERF Grant) from the Department of Education.
