SHRM Curriculum Alignment
CSU Global’s Master’s in Organizational Leadership curriculum is aligned with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) HR Curriculum Guidebook and Templates. CSU Global students are eligible to be a student member of SHRM at a discounted cost. - Five or more years of professional leadership experience
- Cumulative 3.25 GPA in previous undergraduate coursework
- Resume, statement of intent, and a letter of recommendation
