Earning your Master of Science in Teaching and Learning from CSU Global will prepare you to assume the role of an educational leader by elevating your leadership competencies, intellect, and professional knowledge of K-12 education best and emerging practices.Â
If you choose to participate in the Education Licensure Concentration during your Master’s in Teaching and Learning, it replaces the degree specialization requirement. For students who already have a master’s degree, the Education Licensure Concentration can be completed as a 24-credit-hour stand-alone program.Â
With either option, you will learn how to apply education theories, advanced leadership techniques, and tools to coordinate daily school activities, oversee curricula, and maintain a safe, productive learning environment.

CSU Global’s Master of Science in Teaching and Learning – Education Leadership Concentration requires the completion of 36 total credits, including a mix of 24 core degree courses and 12 specialization courses. During each principal licensure course, students will also be interning 6-8 hours per week, implementing the principal effectiveness standards that they are learning, in the school in which they are currently teaching.
